State Representative Deanne Mazzochi (R-Elmhurst) is once again hosting a mobile DMV at the Westmont Centre on Friday, November 19th from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Rep. Mazzochi previously hosted successful mobile DMV events in May and July.
“I’m pleased to once again bring these convenient services to the district,” Rep. Mazzochi said. “People in the district really appreciate this easy and local access to DMV services by appointment and I’m more than happy to work with the great staff at the SOS to provide it.”
Mobile Driver Services Facility services include: driver’s license renewal, state ID cards, corrected licenses, and vehicle renewal stickers. Due to enhanced security requirements, REAL ID compliant Driver’s Licenses will NOT be available at the mobile facility. In addition, vision tests are currently waived for everyone with the exception of seniors (75 +) who are required to take an annual road test. These road tests and vision tests must be completed at a Secretary of State Drivers Facility however, and not a mobile DMV.
Standard Secretary of State fees will be required. At this time the facility is unable to accept cash. Please bring a check, credit/debit card, or money order to pay for any services received. Further information regarding the services, fees and identification requirements may be found at the Secretary of State’s website at www.ilsos.gov.
Given the limited timeframe for the event, appointments are required through here or by calling the district office at (630) 852-8633.
